Here in this neck of the woods, shooting is simply a Saturday tradition, whether we’re managing the hog population on the back forty orjust having some fun at some steel targets. I was raised on lever actions and revolvers, but I’ve recently developed a fascination with "black rifles" and I’m excited to learn more about DIY builds. I’m really happy to have found a place where people respect their rights and enjoy good, honest gear. Looking forward to swapping stories with everyone!

Welcome aboard! I believe all of us go through stages as pertains to firearms. I was raised in a Law Enforcement family so revolvers were the primary handguns I saw. Single or double barreled shotguns, lever action rifles and a smattering of bolt action rimfires are what I was introduced to as a youngster. Also like you, I was drawn into the tactical arena for a while and have now come full circle back to my beginnings.
