Has anyone else been following this case in Arkansas? Aaron Spencer killed the man that was sexually assaulting his 13 yr old daughter.

The facts of Spencer’s case have drawn attention inside and outside of Arkansas. The man he allegedly killed, Michael Fosler, was arrested in July 2024 and charged with 43 counts including sexual assault of a minor, internet stalking of a child, and possession of child pornography, some or all of which related to Fosler’s alleged assault of Spencer’s then-13-year-old daughter. Fosler’s case landed before Judge Elmore, and he was released on a $5,000 bond.

It’s a tough one, emotions run high when a parent protects a child but the law doesn’t always bend.

He found his daughter in the truck with the man accused. The man tried to use the daughter as a shield and she pulled away. The man raised his hand with something in it and was shot.

I would love to be on that jury and a voting resident of that county. Perversion, especially sexual perversion, has overtaken common sense in this country.

Prosecutors have declined to charge Mr. Spencer.
