Car that's been with you for ages

Which car has stuck with you the longest throughout the years? How many miles or years did you put on it, and what made you keep it around?

I had a Nissan Stanza that I put a little over 300,000 miles on. I gave it to a friend from church that needed a car and she drove it for over a year. I don't know how many miles were on it or what she did with it. (she moved to another state) It had the original engine and drive train when passed along and only normal routine maintenance was done.
