I have a deep appreciation for quality firearms that are built to last. While I’m not really into the latest tactical trends, I respect those who are. I usually lean towards classic hunting rifles, reliable shotguns, and handguns that are great for carrying. They’re simple, effective, and have stood the test of time. I’m excited to be part of the conversations and this community. Thanks for welcoming me.

I took love the classics! That isn't to say I don't appreciate a quality modern firearm made with plastic and finished with phosphate or cerakote. I have and can appreciate both.

But the classics are what catches my eye first. The deep blue of a Colt revolver built in the mid 50s to early 70s just isn't replicated today except on a custom basis. The butter smooth double action and target quality single action of a Smith and Wesson revolver is something only an accomplished Gunsmith can produce and the firearms industry employs very few of those today. The finely figured wood used to stock Browning and Winchester rifles is all but a thing of the past. And a custom European rifle gets me drooling especially doubles and drillings.

So what classics hold your attention?
