Im looking for a single stage drop-in AR trigger, and I’m hoping to stay in the $150–$250 price range. I’d love to hear your suggestions!

You can’t go wrong with the CMC Single Stage Flat Trigger. It’s super crisp and reliable, with a clean break that typically sits around 3.5-4.5lbs, depending on the specific model. Personally, I really dig the flat-face design. It gives me a solid spot for my finger placement and allows for a little extra control, which is great when you’re going for those quick follow-up shots.

Also try the Timney Impact AR Trigger. It's a great choice if you want that perfect, crisp break without breaking the bank. What really sets this trigger apart is its solid reliability. It’s made with the same care and attention you get with Timney’s pricier options, but they’ve simplified things to keep it affordable. You’ll find the pull weight is around 3.5lbs, and it has a quick reset along with a nice, smooth feel. It’s perfect for all sorts of builds, whether you’re at the range practicing your drills or putting together a reliable home defense rifle.
