Best BCGs

If you guys had to choose between phosphate, nitride, and chrome BCGs for reliability, what would you go with? I'm in the process of building an AR15 that I plan to really put through its paces, and I’m just curious about what’s held up well for you.

If I were putting together a tough-as-nails AR15, I'd definitely go with a nitride BCG. It really strikes that perfect balance of being super durable, resistant to rust, and it’s easy to clean up.
